A licensed and registered Estate Surveyor and Valuer, real estate professional, property consultant and entrepreneur with over 11 years of professional and business experience. Her career, which began in 2015 following her time with S. Umar & Co., is built around integrity, authenticity, transparency, proper documentation and trust in real estate.
Her expertise spans estate surveying and valuation, real estate consultancy, property and facility management, property documentation, land title registration, land acquisition, feasibility and appraisal studies, site identification, property development and investment advisory. She is a member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), having progressed from probationer membership to professional examinations in 2014.
Under her leadership, B.B Olamzy — a subsidiary of OlamsFourth Multi-Services Co. Ltd. — has grown from a single-person operation into a team of 10+ professionals, supported by 50+ agents, property partners and developers, and has served 500+ clients across Nigeria and internationally, with professional relationships extending to Germany, the United States, the United Kingdom and Saudi Arabia. She has also personally trained and mentored more than 10 individuals who have gone on to build careers in real estate.

Zainab Yusuf is a dedicated Business Development Director, Business Strategist, and Real Estate Consultant at B.B Olamzy Global Concept and Homes Limited, Federal Housing Authority, Lugbe, Abuja.
With a background in education, administration, marketing, advertising, and client engagement, she brings strong communication, strategic thinking, and relationship-building skills to the real estate industry, and is passionate about connecting clients with suitable property opportunities while promoting trust and transparency.

Pius Idowu Monday
Investment & Placement Director
Pius Idowu Monday is a strategic real estate professional and Investment & Placement Director at B.B Olamzy Global Concept and Homes Limited, with a multidisciplinary background spanning real estate, project management, business development, sales, customer relations, and operations.
With a B.Eng. in Civil Engineering and hands-on experience in project development, he brings a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to real estate investment and property placement, strengthened by his skills in negotiation, financial and operational coordination, and client service.
At B.B Olamzy, he focuses on connecting individuals, investors, property owners, and organisations with strategic real estate opportunities — including investment placement, property acquisition and marketing, land banking, and strategic partnerships.
His philosophy: create value, build trust, and position people and organisations for sustainable growth through strategic real estate opportunities.
Ogunjide Racheal Moromoke
Director of Project
Ogunjide Racheal Moromoke is an Urban and Regional Planning professional and dedicated project development leader with experience in real estate, construction coordination, project planning, and client relations.
As Director of Project at B.B Olamzy Global Concept and Homes Limited, she contributes to the planning, coordination, development, and supervision of projects — including building-layout design and interpretation, construction supervision, and real estate development activities — while also facilitating property sales and nurturing prospective client relationships.
Education: HND in Urban and Regional Planning, Osun State College of Technology, Esa-Oke; OND, Federal Polytechnic Offa. Completed NYSC in 2025.
She is committed to supporting the delivery of well-planned, properly coordinated, and value-driven projects that contribute to sustainable real estate solutions for clients and communities.
Oyetunji Bolaji
Deputy Business Development Director
Oyetunji Bolaji is a real estate professional and property marketing specialist with experience in property sales, business development, and real estate promotion. Based in Abuja and a native of Oyo State, he brings a strategic and creative approach to identifying opportunities and connecting clients with suitable property investments.
As Deputy Business Development Director at B.B Olamzy Global Concept and Homes Limited, Bolaji plays an active role in driving business growth, developing market opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and supporting the company's property marketing and sales initiatives.
He is recognised for his creativity, diplomacy, strategic thinking, and strong understanding of the real estate market, and is committed to expanding business opportunities and helping clients make informed real estate decisions.
Olawale Agboola
Marketing Manager
A native of Oyo State, Olawale grew up in Ibadan in an environment that helped shape his ambitions early on. He began his career as an ICT Technical Assistant at the Baptist Woman Missionary Union Headquarters, Ibadan.
He went on to earn a National Diploma and Higher National Diploma in Accounting from Igbajo Polytechnic, Osun State, completing his industrial training in Abuja. He later served as Marketing Manager at Assess Global Logistics (Wuse Zone 4, Abuja), handling supply chain marketing for office and home furniture and contracts across various logistics areas.
Now pursuing his passion for real estate, Olawale serves as Marketing Manager at B.B Olamzy Global Concept and Homes Limited, where he's building a career focused on property development and innovative marketing.
